M&M Outfitters have been guiding successful hunting and fishing expeditions for 35 years. We specialize in elk and deer hunting as well as spring bear hunts. The area we hunt is southwest of Dillon in the Beavertail Mountains. M&M is the only outfitter permitted to guide hunts in the Beavertail National Forest. The range holds a large number of elk and has produced many trophy bulls.
Montana's archery season opens early in September and ends mid-October. Rifle season begins the third Sunday in October and runs through the end of November. The average hunt consists of six days in camp with two hunters per guide (guides are rotated). Price includes transportation to and from camp, 3 gourmet meals per day prepared by a professional cook, expert native guide service, and a great time.
Our guides are extremely familiar with the mountain range and experts in hunting and calling elk. We take care of the animals from the time they are harvested through processing. Camp consists of 5 white canvas wall tents with many of the comforts of home, including a shower. The tents have metal bunks with mattresses, wood stove, and carpeting.
M&M fishing expeditions include river, reservoir and lake outings on blue ribbon waters that have produced record size trout. Spin cast and fly fish — off shore or by drift boat — on some of the most spectacular waters in the US!
